Short-term rehab is available when additional therapy or medication management is needed after a hospital stay. Long-term care provides the highest quality of life to permanent residents, including individualized treatment plans and activities calendars.
A daily destination for those who are not yet ready for full-time assistance. Participants can benefit from medical assistance and social interaction while still living in their own homes.
Individualized attention and updated techniques are used to meet those with memory loss. Memory Support and Alzheimer’s care are also provided in our Adult Day Health Program, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Memory Care unit.
