German Centre’s Biannual Speaker Series Shines Spotlight on Family Dynamics in Elder Care
On Saturday, October 26, the German Centre held the latest installment in its Biannual Speaker Series, drawing a diverse audience of families, caregivers, and community members to the Holtzer Auditorium. Centered around the theme “Family Dynamics: Caring for Aging Loved Ones,” the event provided attendees with expert insights and actionable strategies to navigate the complexities of elder care.
This year’s panel featured three distinguished experts: Emily Shea, Commissioner of Boston’s Age Strong Commission; Carl Emilio D’Angio Jr., Esq. from D’Angio Law Offices; and Anna Alvarado-Allen, Registered Nurse at the German Centre’s Senior Place Adult Day Health Program.
