Employee of the Month: Nancy Jura

Nancy Jura, Certified Nursing Assistant, was voted Employee of the Month for February.

Nancy works full-time across all of our German Centre neighborhoods and is deeply dedicated to the residents she cares for each day. She is well-liked by everyone — residents and staff alike — and consistently brings compassion, skill, and positivity to her work.

At home, Nancy’s life is just as full. She and her husband are busy raising three children, including twins! Despite her packed schedule, Nancy is known as a wonderful cook who enjoys preparing her specialty dishes, like chicken and rice, for her family.

Nancy’s peers and supervisors speak very highly of her dedication, excellent clinical skills, and strong commitment to German Centre. Managers and RNs have even shared that they wish she could work on their unit every day — a true testament to the impact she makes.
