Employee of the Month: Lauren Connolly

Lauren Connolly was unanimously selected as Employee of the Month by members of the leadership team and several resident family members. Lauren truly exemplifies the values and mission of the German Centre, and this recognition is long overdue.

She is the go-to person on campus for almost everything, especially on the TCU. Many voters shared the same sentiment: “She does it all.” From IT and social services to maintenance, housekeeping, meal assistance, nursing support, phone calls, and even fixing Kindles, Lauren is always ready to help. Others noted that “She does the work of ten people.”

Lauren consistently demonstrates expertise, patience, kindness, compassion, and exceptional skill in all that she does.
