Employee of the Month: Guerda Theodat

Guerda Theodat, voted Employee of the Month for March, has been a nurse here for over thirty years. She holds a special place in the hearts of many residents, families, and co-workers because of her compassion, kindness, and professionalism.

Guerda is deeply dedicated to her role in people’s lives. She is a great nurse, as well as a devoted wife, mother of two sons, and proud dog mom. She is also wonderful to her entire family. Always pleasant and cheerful, Guerda pays close attention to detail and is highly sensitive to her residents’ needs.

Her manager and co-workers appreciate her dedication and her ability to handle stress with grace. Several shared that “there is no one more deserving” than Guerda.
