Charles is a dietary aide and server, and staff and residents alike agree—he is truly loved by everyone. Known for his infectious smile and positive attitude, Charles is a wonderful communicator who brightens the day of every resident he serves.

His supervisors and peers have nothing but praise for him, describing Charles as hardworking, dependable, and always willing to help wherever he’s needed. While he primarily serves residents in the Anna Bauer Dining Room, Charles has stepped up to assist in every dining area when support is needed.
