At Deutsches Altenheim’s German Centre for Extended Care, the Schrafft Pavilion Memory Support Neighborhood provides specialized care for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders. Our compassionate and skilled staff members are well-trained and fully understand the difficulty that comes with memory-impaired illnesses such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Through our concentrated senior memory care services at the Schrafft Pavillion, we work with seniors and their families to promote a high quality of life that caters to their ongoing memory needs.
