Continuity is provided by sharing meals with the same table-mates and receiving assistance by familiar staff. The overall dining experience is enhanced through the use of music, whether live or pre-recorded, and soft lighting in the dining spaces.

Serving only the freshest ingredients, residents have choices of fresh salads, seasonal vegetables, hearty meat, fish and chicken entrees, pasta and potato dishes, fruits, and home-made desserts. Vegetarian options are always available. Favorites include Tuscan bean soup, beef pot roast, cheese frittatas and herb crusted cod. Plus, mouth-watering desserts such as lemon meringue pie and deluxe chocolate cake are menu staples.
