From the North...
Follow 128 (1-95) South to Exit 18- Great Plain Avenue. Turn right at exit (toward West Roxbury). Approximately 3/4mile, bear left at Shell Station (onto Spring Street). Go through intersection (past VA Hospital on left). Count four traffic lights, and take right onto Centre Street (Keefe Funeral Home on corner) Note: If you go by St Theresa's Church-you're in trouble- time for a U-turn. German Centre is 1/4 mile on left- large yellow stucco Main Entrance is straight ahead- follow signs.

From the South...
Follow 128 (1-95) North to Exit 16A- Route 109 Dedham. Drive about I 1/2miles past Moseley's to intersection of Providence Highway. Pass VA Hospital on Right. Fourth light take a sharp right onto Centre Street (at Keefe Funeral Home). German Centre is 1/4 mile on left.

From Fenway..
Take Riverway to Jamaicaway continue past Faulkner Hospital. At Senior Life, formally Hebrew Rehab bear left on Centre Street. Follow Centre Street past one rotary. At 1st light after St. Theresa's Church bear left. German Centre is 1/4 mile on left.

From Roslindale...
Follow Washington Street to Grove Street. Turn right on Grove. German Center is about 1 mile on right.
