For over 90 years, the German Centre has supported the quality of life of elders in our community. Today, we provide a range of healthcare services- services that continue to expand in response to the needs of Greater Boston seniors.
The quality of those services is reflected in the stability of our staff Annual turnover in the nursing department, for example, is less than 25%. Employee surveys demonstrate a remarkable satisfaction rate. We do not use temporary agencies, and "working short" is the exception- not the rule. Newly-hired staff do not begin their duties until they are fully-oriented and trained.
We screen carefully, because those we hire are expected to stay with us for a long time. Our pay rates are competitive, and our benefits outstanding, but, most of all, we offer a positive, team-oriented work environment.
